Century BOB XL is an Excellent product and is Great for technical training. It will also stand up well for a tougher cardio session. It is Not a heavy bag though so it Will be moving about a little, even with a good 120 litres of sand filling up the base, but that is all to be Expected. You can always move around with it a little... Much Love!

Klare Kaufempfehlung. Das Gerät ist sehr wertig verarbeitet und die Benutzung macht unfassbar Spaß. Auch für kleinere Räume geeignet, wenn man auf Tritte verzichten kann

No need for gloves and so simple. Even my kids use it since it can go up and down in height. There are no screws or anything to assemble.
