Die Bowflex Bench 3.1S bietet ein kompaktes Design mit einer stabilen Rahmenkonstruktion. Die Lehne lässt sich in vier Stufen bis hin zur Negative verstellen. Die angebrachte Fußstütze verleiht dem Trainierenden beim Negativ-Bankdrücken mehr Sicherheit, indem die Füße einfach darunter geklemmt werden. Alternativ kann die Fußstütze für Sit-Ups verwendet werden. Dank des cleveren Designs lässt sich die Bank nach dem Training einfach zusammenklappen und mit den Transportrollen einfach wegschieben und verstauen.
