The Nautilus upright bike U628 is a good machine to start the cardio training. Offering 29 pre-installed training programmes, you can work out in a diversified way. It includes, among other things, interval, competition or weight burning programmes. These programmes support you in achieving the targets, you have set yourself, and they challenge you again and again. The machine is equipped with a resistance system of 13.5 kg, which ensures a good concentric run and an ergonomic training movement. The resistance can be set in 25 resistance levels and offers hence a wide range of training resistances.The comfortable gel saddle adjusts quite well and offers the highest sitting comfort. Even longer workouts are easily done. The handles, the handlebar, and the saddle adjustments can be adjusted in multiple ways and offer each user an optimal training position.
