Increased circulation in the treated muscle zones
You determine on your own the intensity of the treatment
Length: 40 cm, diameter: 5 cm

Stressed fascia and muscle tissue can be treated with the Taurus massage stick / fascia roller effectively and independently. Due to the pressure and the special structure of the roller, the treated tissue is better supplied with blood and thus better supplied with oxygen. Lactic acid is washed out and transported out of the muscles after the training. The process of regeneration is accelerated.
