Tolles Gerät für Zuhause. Das Prinzip des total trainer war mir duch mehrere Trainingsstunden beim Physio bekannt. Die Qualität schein in Ordnung zu sein. Die Rollen / Gleitschiene könnten besser ausgeführt sein da hier spürbar eine Kante ist. Mal abwarten wie die Rollen nach längerer Nutzung aussehen.

Ich bewerte hier ausschliesslich die Trainingsmöglichkeiten, denn bei der Verarbeitung gibt es einige Makel, wie: Der Griff zum zusammenklappen wenn man nach dem Training das Gerät platzsparend verstauen möchte ist bei mir 3 mal abgebrochen, nach dem 3. Mal habe ich mir selbst etwas gebastelt und nun kann der Griff nicht mehr brechen, da es ihn nun in flexibler Ausführung in Form von Spanngurten und Klettbändern gibt. Der Griff müßte aus Metall sein und flexible Haken haben die mit Feder gespannt sind , so ist das Problem beseitigt. Habe Sport Tiedje Hannover diese Idee bereits mitgeteilt. Selbst den Profis bei Sport Tiedje ist es schon passiert, das der Griff (starrer Kunststoff) wie ein Keks weggebrochen ist beim zusammenfalten und fixieren. 2. Manko: die Laufschiene bildet da wo sie unterbrochen ist für das Zusammenfalten des Gerätes bei meinem eine Stoßkante, die ein Rumpeln erzeugt, wenn man mit den Rollen am Trainingsbrett darüber rollt. Ungefähr so wie ein Zug der über einen Schienenstoss fährt. Ich sagte es schon, Augen zu und durch, ich bewerte nur die vielen Trainingsmöglichkeiten und die sind allemal 5 Sterne wert. Nach dem REHA bekam ich Krankengymnastik am Geräten vorgeschrieben und bei meinem Physiotherapeut Total Gym Sport-Geräte kennengelernt. Da die Therapie (unter anderem mit mehreren Übungen mit Total Gym Sport-Geräten) gut war und hat mir wirklich geholfen, möchte ich die Übungen mit Total Gym Sport-Geräten wieter machen. Variante mit dem Sport-Studio kam nicht in Frage (wegen Entfernung und Kosten (eine Stunde im Fitness Total Gym Sport Trainer ca. 15 € und Fitness Total Gym Sport - Trainer ca. 10 € kostet). Suche nach Total Gym Sport im Internet hat mich nicht wirklich glücklich gemacht.Das Preis war zwischen 3500 und 4000 € und man muss noch Platz in der Wohnung für Gerät finden. Zuerst habe ich als Home-Alternative total gym 1000 in Netz gefunden. Leider waren viele, von mir gelesehe, Rezenzionen über dieses Gerät nicht positive. Auf eine von Web-Seiten bin ich über der Verlinkung zum Taurus Total Trainer auf sport-tiedje.de gelandet. Das Preis für Taurus Total Trainer war naturlich großer als Preise für total gym 1000, aber in Vergleich zum original Total Gym Sport Geräten auch verträglich. Alle Übungen die ich mit Total Gym Sport in Sport-Studio gemacht habe , kann ich auch zu Hause mit Taurus Total Trainer machen. Das Gerät ist nicht so stabil wie Total Gym Sport aber stabil genug (ich denke dass total gym 1000 noch weniger stabil ist). Das Gerät braucht weniger Platz als Total Gym Sport und ist zusammenklappbar. Damit das Gerät bei die Übungen nicht rutscht, werde ich Ihnen empfehlen eine Sport-Matte runter zu liegen. Die muss auch etsprechend lang (240 cm) sein. Fazit: Preis/Leistung-Verhältnis für Home-Bereich ist bei dieses Gerät sehr Gut.Ich werde dieses Gerät allen empfehlen, die ihre Körper nach dem REHA und/oder Krankengymnastik am Geräten fit halten wollen.... Wir haben das Gerät nun seit ca. 4 Wochen. Es hält was es verspricht! 1. Zusammenbauen Obwohl die Anleitung in Englisch ist, ist das Zusammenbauen kein Problem, da fast alles schon zusammengebaut ist und nur noch wenige Handgriffe nötig sind. Sogar ich habe das hingekriegt. 2. Verarbeitung Es ist alles gut verarbeitet. Keine hervorstehende Teile wo man sich evtl. verletzen könnte. Das Oberteil (dort liegt man drauf) läuft einwandfrei hin und her. Zum Teil hat es Plastikteile (z.Bsp. bei den Handzügeln). Ob die wirklich halten, wird sich wohl erst in einigen Monaten oder hoffentlich Jahren zeigen. Das ganze ist sehr stabil und die Höhenverstellung einfach zu handhaben. 3. Einsatzmöglichkeiten Für verschiedene Übungen wird eine DVD mitgeliefert. Zwar auch alles in Englisch aber die Vorführungen auf dem DVD erklären sich auch so von selbst. Die Umstellungen für die verschiedenen Übungen stellen kein Problem dar, sondern geht einfach und schnell. Wir brachen das Gerät ca. 4x pro Woche. 4. Fazit Ich würde das Gerät sofort wieder kaufen!
